In the Main Lobby of our resort, please note signage for our social-distancing protocols, the plexiglass safety shields at the front desk, and the signage directing guests where to enter and exit the elevator bay. Hand sanitizer stations are available in public areas where there is no sink accessible.
Guests and employees will be required to wear face masks or coverings when entering any indoor public areas, including but not limited to lobby, elevators, hallways, and Owners’ Lounge. According to the current City & County of Honolulu Mask Rules, masks must be worn at all times when indoors and recommended outdoors in crowded settings.
Shirts and shoes are required in the Lobby of the resort at all times. In order to minimize expense to the resort, a unit inventory is done upon departure by our Housekeeping Department and there may be a charge assessed for any broken, damaged, or missing items. Please report any missing or damaged items to the Front Desk during your stay. In order to maintain the beautiful appearance of our resort, please do not drape towels or clothing over the lanais.
Smoking is prohibited in the units and on the lanai. You will be charged a $250.00 fee if it is evident that smoking has occurred in the unit.
Quiet time is observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be considerate of your fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum during this time.
