Virtual Made in Hawaii Festival 2020
COVID-19 has changed the way we live our lives and run our businesses. Group activities have been limited, and now more than ever, virtual and live-streamed events need your support! The Imperial Hawaii Resort has been offering live stream music events every Friday from noon-1pm HST on our Facebook page. Here is another virtual event to support on Oahu.
This year’s 26th annual Made in Hawaii Festival is a 3-day showcase of local products and entertainment that will happen virtually August 21-23, 2020. The festival initially began as a way to feature small businesses and continues to provide opportunities for those local businesses to grow and reach out to new customers. This showcase of over 420 exhibitors features food products, hand-made items, music, books, gifts, apparel and jewelry, arts and crafts, produce, and many more home-grown products from around the 50th State. If you are missing Hawaii, the Made in Hawaiʻi Festival just might be the perfect “shopping therapy” website for you!
Once the festival is over, the Made in Hawaiʻi Marketplace will stay live on their website, indefinitely. That means that even if you miss the event weekend, you can still go to the festival’s webpage and buy all the made-in-Hawaiʻi goods your wallet can handle, and at the same time help Hawaiian entrepreneurs who need your financial support now more than ever.
