Current assessments, budget presentations, timeshare exchange information, and previous newsletters are available below.
Annual Assessments are due and payable by January 1, 2023.
A 5% discount is available for payments made by CHECK, CASH, or MONEY ORDER and must be received in the Accounting Department Office no later than November 30, 2022.
Thereafter, a 3% discount is available for payments made by CHECK, CASH, or MONEY ORDER and received in the Accounting Department Office no later than December 31, 2022.
Discounts are not available for payments made by credit or debit card.
Assessment payments received after January 1st, 2023 will not be eligible for a discount, and assessments not paid by January 15th, 2023 will be considered delinquent.
