3% discount is available for payments made by CHECK, CASH, or MONEY ORDER and received in the Accounting Department no later than December 31, 2021.
Discounts are not available for payments made by credit or debit card.
Assessment payments received after January 1st, 2022 are not eligible for a discount, and assessments not paid by January 15, 2022 are considered delinquent.
