Remember.......REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. We try our very best to accommodate everyone's request, but there may be times when we cannot fulfill them all.
Other ways to guarantee your reservation: If you prefer not to submit your credit card number online, there are other ways to guarantee your reservation.
1. You may fax your reservation request and credit card information directly to our Reservation Department at 1-808-923-7848.
2. You may call our Reservation Department toll free from U.S.A. and Canada at 1-800-347-2582, or from elsewhere at 1-808-923-1827. Reservation Department hours are Monday through Friday – 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Hawaii Standard Time. Closed on Saturday & Sunday.
3. You may also mail in your reservation request with your payment by personal check, which must be pre-approved upon our receipt. Please mail to: The Imperial Hawaii Vacation Club - 205 Lewers Street, Honolulu, HI 96815 ATTN: Reservations Dept.
4. A Nightly $6 Resort Fee (Plus Tax) will automatically be charged to your account, which will provide you with access to Unlimited Local and Toll Free Calls and the use of our in-suite Safe.
5. DVD Rentals are available at $3.00 per DVD or $15.00 per week (Unlimited rentals - 2 DVD's at a time).
6. Cancellation Policy: One (1) night's room charge for cancellations not received five (5) days prior to arrival date.
7. Advance Deposit: Credit card required to guarantee reservations.
8. All rates plus 9.25% Hotel Room tax and 4.712% Hawaii State tax. Rates subject to change and supersedes all previously published rates.
9. Credit card holds - At check in, you will be required to provide a credit/debit card or $250 cash as a security deposit.
10. Parking Rates - Daily - $20 for owners; $25 for non-owners. Weekly - $100 for owners; $135 for non-owners. VALET PARKING ONLY.
11. This is a smoke-free resort. If it is evident that you have been smoking in your unit, you will be charged $250.00. Lanai's (Balconies) are included in this reminder.
12. Wireless Internet is available at daily, weekly and monthly rates.
