**Changes and/or cancellations must be received 5 days prior to arrival for rental reservations and 14 days prior to arrival of Timeshare reservations, otherwise, a one night's charge will be assessed for rental reservations or the Timeshare member use week may be forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations without a guaranteed deposit and if necessary, to provide guests (for all or any part of the reservation length) with accommodations in alternate hotels in rooms of equal or superior quality to those reserved. All reservations may be subject to labor strikes, acts of nature, failure of existing guests to vacate as scheduled or other conditions beyond the control of the Resort. Checks should be made payable to: Imperial Hawaii Resort at Waikiki. Minimum age: 18 years of age. ID required at check-in. Valet parking $20.00 per day plus tax (Rate subject to change). No pets allowed. Security deposit of $100.00 or credit card imprint required upon check-in. A Required $6.00 daily Resort Fee + tax will be charged to your room.  The Resort Fee includes the use of the in-suite safe, unlimited local and toll free calls, use of the exercise room and unlimited DVD rental (one at a time).   The combination of Hawaii State Tax and Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax is 11.92%.  Rates, Fees, Charges and Taxes are subject to change with or without notice. The Imperial Hawaii Resort at Waikiki is a Drug Free Establishment with a zero tolerance policy.  Please insure you and your guests are aware of this policy as it relates to illegal drugs and that any violations could result in immediate eviction.
